PREMIUM AIRCRAFT SEES GREAT POTENTIAL BENEFITS FROM USE OF NEW INVENTORY PLANNING SOLUTION FROM VALOGIX

Saratoga Springs, NY - March 31, 2004 - Valogix announced today that it has implemented its advanced inventory planning and optimization solution at Premium Aircraft Parts in Houston Texas. Valogix provides advanced planning and optimization solutions for finished goods, service parts, and MRO inventories.

Valogix planning solutions provide enterprise type features and benefits to small and midsize companies. Premium Aircraft Parts was established in 2001 for the purpose of supplying the General Aviation Industry with high quality new, overhauled, and surplus parts for TCM and Lycoming engines as well as consumable items for most all General Aviation Aircraft.

Mr. Chris Baker, coordinator of sales and shipping from the Company's office in Fort Smith Arkansas, was a co-founder of the Company. He has over 19 years experience in the aircraft parts industry and served as the Company's Managing Director-Sales & Marketing since the Company's inception in March 2001. Chris has extensive experience in the area of aircraft maintenance operations, aircraft parts sales and inventory management. He oversees the inventory planning process and use of the Valogix solution.

According to Bill DeArman, President of Premium, "we have three main goals in implementing the Valogix solution. First, we are expecting to improve our productivity by spending less time deciding what inventory we need to replenish. Second, we want to increase our cash flow by improving our mix of items on the shelf that sell more often. This means we can satisfy more customers the first time they call to place an order.
