VALOGIX TEAMS WITH SAP TO BRING INVENTORY FORECASTING AND PLANNING TO SAP® BUSINESS ONE CUSTOMERS

Saratoga Springs, NY - January 24, 2005 - Valogix LLC a leading provider of integrated value-based inventory planning and forecasting solutions, today announced a solution partner agreement with SAP America, Inc., the North American subsidiary of SAP AG (NYSE:SAP), under which Valogix will provide advanced inventory planning for SAP® Business One.

SAP Business One is an affordable, integrated business management solution designed specifically for small and midsize businesses. Exceptionally user-friendly and easily tailored to meet businesses' changing needs, SAP Business One delivers a unified picture of up-to-the-minute business information allowing users to achieve new levels of control and profitable growth. SAP Business One provides real-time access to integrated financial, operational, and sales management information. The components include financial (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking), distribution (inventory management, purchase order processing, sales order processing) and customer relationship management (CRM).

Valogix specializes in integrated inventory forecasting, planning, and optimization solutions for finished goods, aftermarket service parts, and MRO inventories. For over 17 years, the Valogix team has provided companies around the world with solutions that have generated high ROI. The advanced technology system, forecasts future demand, sets stocking levels, creates replenishment orders, and optimizes the inventory.
