Richard Vaccaro - President and CEO Richard was VP TradeMatrix Service for i2 Technologies, with global responsibility for managing the Sales and Presales Consultants overlay team. Before joining i2, Richard Vaccaro was co-founder and CEO\President of Stratman Software International, Inc. which merged with i2 in August 1998. Prior to that Richard was co-founder and Senior Vice President of Stratman Group Inc. an aftermarket consultancy founded in 1988.
Before forming Stratman Group and Stratman Software International, Richard was Manager Ventures and Business Development in the Materials group for General Electric Company. During his tenure at GE, Richard held various management positions for close to ten years. Richard has a background in engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing with firms such as Lenox China, Premier Industrial Corporation and Ensign-Bickford Corporation. Richard has won many industry awards. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from LaSalle University, Philadelphia, PA in 1971.

Patricia Ludwig - Chief Operating Officer Patricia was Director of Business Strategy for i2 Technologies, the global leader in advanced planning solutions. Before joining i2, Pat Ludwig was co-founder and Executive Vice President of Stratman Software International since 1996. Prior to that Pat was co-founder and President of Stratman Group a consultancy specializing in after-sales customer service processes.
Before forming Stratman, Pat was Division General Manager for Rule Industries a leader in consumer marine aftermarket products. Her background in strategic planning and division management includes strong experience in finished goods and spare parts forecast modeling and planning. She has held various management positions at manufacturing companies including Emhart Corporation, Torin Corporation and Rule Industries. Pat received her Bachelor Degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison Wisconsin, and her Masters Degree in Business from the University of Hartford, Hartford, CT.

Mark Yablonski – Chief Technology Officer
Mark is responsible for research and development of all Valogix products and new-generation solutions. In this role, he initiates new strategic areas of research for the company as well as works to understand and support customer issues and requirements, and collaborating with the company’s sales and product management departments.
Mark is a seasoned software professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to Valogix, he was the Senior Director of Software Architecture and Development at CommerceHub, with responsibility for the overall software development strategy, execution and delivery of CommerceHub's retail and industrial drop ship software services. Before CommerceHub, Mark was the Director of Software Development at ReQuest, Inc., with responsibility for the overall software development strategy, execution and delivery of ReQuest’s media products. At ReQuest, he led the effort launch the VRQ product line along with migrating the ARQ product line to the Linux platform. During his career, Mark has also held various senior technical leadership positions, including Amici LLC and i2 Technologies (i2). While at i2, Mark helped launch i2's mobile supply chain solution.
Mark earned his master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, Richardson, TX and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA.

Tom Glacken - Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing Tom was most recently VP of Sales and Marketing at SATS Technologies, a global provider of technical support and parts logistics for Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems and Silicon Graphics products. Before joining SATS, Tom worked at i2 Technologies as a Senior Account Executive responsible for the sale of i2's TradeMatrix Service software solutions to Fortune 500 accounts in high-tech industries.
Prior to i2, Tom worked at Storage Technology Corporation for 24 years where he held various positions within the service, sales and marketing organizations. In his last position at StorageTek, Tom was responsible for managing the Sales and Marketing organization for StorageTek's $300 million North American Services business unit. Other positions at StorageTek included Regional Sales Manager, Region Sales Support Manager and several service management positions. Tom received his MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore.

Charles Martin, Ph.D. - Director Product Management Charles brings exceptional product definition, operations research, and marketing skills, plus a strong background in service parts, logistics, and manufacturing. He was most recently Manager of i2 Technologies' Service Solution. Prior to i2 Charles was Senior Consultant, Spectrum Technology Group where he lead four major reengineering projects. Before Spectrum Charles founded consulting businesses devoted to helping manufacturers improve operations and large software development organizations improve their technology planning.
Prior experience includes: Manager of Systems Analysis Group, Booz-Allen & Hamilton; Manager Data Systems Engineering, The Analytic Sciences Corp; and Systems Engineer, GE Space Division where he managed GE R&D program in Advanced Planning and Scheduling algorithms that resulted in $50M of simulation business. Charles has an AB in Mathematics from Harvard, and a Ph.D., in Mathematical Logic from the University of California, Berkeley. He is certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS. Charles is the Author of User-Centered Requirements Analysis textbook and a 3-day Analyzing User Requirements professional seminar resulting in 25,000 systems analysts improved their software definition skills.
