We strive to provide measurable value and ROI with every customer. No matter how good a piece of software is, it will only deliver value if it is sold, serviced and supported correctly. To accomplish this, we provide partners with pertinent information and appropriate training, and back this up with exceptional support.

The nature of software is to constantly improve. This is illustrated by the regular release of version upgrades and updates. We invest in research and development to identify ways to increase the value our solutions provide customers.

Types of Partners

The decision to partner with Valogix is easy. We do not charge up-front fees; you only pay for what you use. We offer three partner types from which to choose. Each describes the level of investment and commitment to the Valogix relationship. This allows the flexibility to begin as one partner type and move to a more appropriate type as your needs change.

Sales Partner
Sales Partners receive benefits without having to invest time, money or resources to learn and support a new product. This is the right partner type for your organization if you do not expect to add two or more new Valogix customers per year.

Certified Sales Partner
Certified Sales Partners: invest in the sales and marketing of Valogix solutions. They maximize profitability by focusing efforts on the sale and marketing of new Valogix software licenses. If you are interested in selling but do not wish to invest in additional staff or the training required to deliver services, this is the right partner type for you.

Certified Sales & Services Partner
Certified Sales & Services Partners build profitability through sales, service and support of new Valogix solutions. This partner type requires the greatest investment and delivers the highest return. As a Certified sales & Services partner, you must complete all training courses and pass all certification exams. You are expected to deliver all end-user training and technical support for Valogix products. If you want to maximize total income and maintain complete engagement management, this is the best partner type for your organization.
